This innovative store concept, rooted in a digital-first approach, was designed to enhance the shopping experience by prioritizing speed and seamlessness for our customers. It represented a commitment to placing the customer at the center of our focus, leveraging their feedback and behavior to inform our creative decision-making process. My role in this initiative included defining the overall signage strategy, establishing a visual approach, and shaping the placement of signage. Additionally, I took on the responsibility of art directing environmental photography throughout the store, collaborating closely with marketers, merchants, environmental designers, and the Chief Format Concepts and Design Officer at Walgreens.
